We called them on Friday and our three stumps were out before 10am on Monday! These guys are quick and do great work! They are also friendly, easy to talk to, and very responsive.

Zach did an excellent job removing multiple tree stumps around the house. Some were very close to utilities and the side of the house, but he was expertly able to work around the sensitive areas. These guys called me back (!) after I left them a message (the only one of the 4 that I called) and gave me a time range of one hour when they could be there, and quoted me a price range within $50 of what I wound up paying. I am a lifelong DIY guy and I hate to turn stuff like this over to someone else, but they were good and did everything correctly. I'd use them again.

Josh and John recently did work at our house. They removed 3 very large old rhododendrons that had gotten too large for the space. They also ground an old stump from a fir tree that had been removed previously.

Josh was very accommodating with us when we had to change our schedule at the last minute. On the morning of the job, they arrived on time, went right to work, and were finished in 90 minutes.

Get your stumps removed by a professional. Cleanup property to add value. J & J has the right equipment. Screens to protect your house from flying rocks. You can use the stump wood for mulch.

Josh responded very punctually to coming out and giving an estimate. He took care of 5 stumps quicker and at a better price than any of the other businesses had given me an estimate for. Wouldn't think twice about using J&J Stump Grinding again for any future projects. Highly recommended

I called on a Sunday evening and was surprised to get in touch with Josh. He immediately got us on the books and continued to keep in contact especially when they had an equipment issue and offered to come later or the following day. The following day worked for us. They arrived and quickly got to work removing a very large stump from our hemlock that had been previously had the stump ground but not very well by a different company. Josh and team removed the entire stump and even offered to come back when we remove the driveway so they can clean up any roots that will impact the new driveway. I really appreciated their professionalism and extra effort to come back if needed without charge. Amazing! Wish I had found them sooner.

J&J removed numerous stumps in my backyard. I had requested three stumps be grinded but they actually took the time and completed the work on other smaller stumps in the area that they noticed. They were very personable, professional, efficient and thorough. Despite their busy schedule they were able to quickly fit me in. I'd definitely recommend their services.

Josh came out and removed 20 stumps from our giant Laurel hedge that we had cut down . I had called and left a message and he returned my phone call quickly. I sent him pictures and he quoted me a price and was here the next day. He looked at stumps that were to be removed and stuck with the price he had quoted. Josh did a fantastic job, I have 4 sprinkler heads within 6 inches of the stumps he removed and he was careful to not hit them. He raked everything over and then used his blower to clean up all the wood chips that had flown around our deck and patio. I definitely recommend Josh and his company. He was quick to respond, very friendly and we are very happy with the job he did.

We live in a gated community and have pretty strict neighborhood rules regarding landscaping projects. J & J came highly recommended. The stumps that needed removal were near utilities and property lines. Josh at J & J took care of calling and getting the service company to come out and mark/spray paint all the utilities before hand. Josh also gave me an estimate before work started. On the day of the job, Josh texted me when I should expect the crew to show up. J & J was on time and I was pleased with the job they did. They cleaned up and made sure I was satisfied. If you have a need for stump grinding, I recommend J & J for sure.

Hired them to remove four alder stumps. Had the best price and was pleased with their friendliness and professionalism. They left the work area cleaner than they found it. The morning of the service they called to let me know when they were coming , a simple courtesy that some services skip, which let me know they cared about my time. Definitely would recommend.

Josh from JnJ Stump Grinding came out on short notice! He was professional and finished the job. He was able to get this "gnarly" stump out that went up almost 5 feet into our raised patio.

Josh was able to work me into his busy schedule on short notice and did an absolutely awesome job. I didn't know he could grind the stump so far below the ground so the measurements I gave him work probably half of the actual size and he said he would still honor his original price which was awesome but I insisted on tipping him. I spent so many hours trying to hack that thing out of the ground just to get a piece of it chunked away for my fence. He made sure he cleared the area really nicely where my fence needed to go too. He was easy to talk to and my wife thought he was funny. All around an awesome experience. I will be hiring them again in the future.

Zak was very responsive with a fair quote over the phone for grinding one stump. He was early on the designated day and was very efficient and safe. He stopped grinding to allow pedestrians to pass. He had screens to minimize the scattering of the wood chips.He cleaned the area thoroughly on completing the job. Very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend!
